Chocolate Storage Tank: 500L chocolate storage tank used to store finished liquid masses, at a required temperature, and continuously stir the liquid with a heavy duty stirrer, guaranteeing a continuous agitation of the mass. Water temperature in the jacket is controlled by means of a thermostat control which is governed by the setting on the control panel. The storage tank is a sleek stainless steel design and is 1300mm x 1170mm x 1450mm.
Chocolate Tempering Machine:This multi-zone chocolate tempering machine has an output of 250 kg/h. It features four tempering zones and uses an interval tempering process to ensure consistent results. The system includes an automatic tempering function, where precise cooling creates a uniform seed crystal structure. Controlled by a Siemens touchscreen and PLC system, the machine guides the chocolate through sequential heating and cooling stages to maintain fluidity and optimal crystal formation. Equipped with a refrigeration unit or heat exchanger, the process is continuously monitored and regulated by temperature sensors to ensure consistent quality throughout the production cycle.
