Niverplast are the premier supplier of automated packaging systems for bread into box handling. The packaging line is designed to pack batches of product into boxes. After packaging boxes are transported to the VarioSeal and the bags are closed. Then the boxes are fed into a box closer. Boxes are then ready for palletising.

The packing line is currently being used for frozen baked bread loaves, rolls and baguettes. It has been running at the following capacities:
– Large loaves of bread – 6,300 units per hour
– Small loaves of bread – 10,500 units per hour
– Bread rolls – up to 22,000 units per hour
– Baguettes – 5,800 units per hour
– Mini baguettes – 10,600 units per hour
